1. Artwork Includes:
Website templates,Designs, CD Front Cover, pic designs, banners, Advertisements, 8×10 Promos, Stickers, Flyers, Corporate Identity Materials, Logos, and Concert & Tour Items created at additional cost. Images created will be of sufficient resolution to enlarge to standard poster size (18×24) without loss of quality. Images can be created suitable for larger formats at an additional charge.

2. Proofs and Samples:
Up to 3 state proofs or samples may be received without additional charge. Upon request, Client may receive additional proofs or samples at additional cost.  The Extension Marketing Group will ship all materials (ZIPS via email) by the most efficient method. Orders may be shipped at Fed Ex, UPS, or Airborne Express at additional charges.

3. Working Materials:
All electronic files, scrap proofs, and original artwork / photos created at The Extension Marketing Group will remain property of The Extension Marketing Group and will be kept for a minimum of (1) year for future re-orders or Adjustments.

4. Payment:
All  prices require either a 50% DEPOSIT or a  100% PAYMENT  UP FRONT “NO EXCEPTIONS”. Quotes are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to re – quote all jobs if materials received differ from those quoted. There will be a $35.00 charge on all returned checks. Canceled orders WILL NOT be refunded.  Website design payments are due within 5 days of completion.  If not recieved, The Extension Marketing Group reserves the right to take down said website until payment is recieved.

5. The Extension Marketing Group is not responsible for website downtime and cannot assist with troubleshooting your website

6. Copyrights or Trademark Infringement:
The Extension Marketing Group shall not be held liable for any copyright or trademark infringement due to likeness of other artwork, logo(s), etc. It is the sole responsibility of the client to take the necessary precautions in regards to this matter. (I.e., Logo copyrighting or trademarked)
